Once we have an idea in place, we work with your budget and timeframe and coordinate the design to meet your exact specifications. This is the stage where we will chose materials and estimate the budget and scope of work, as well as our timeframe before the contract.
Once we are all in agreement on the project details, you’ll sign the contract, allowing us to get started. Your contract ensures AMP Construction’s high quality of work and satisfaction guarantee, as well as outlining any limitations, such as the warranty timeframes on new materials. You can sit back and relax while we transform your home, or see our next steps!
Once the business is finalized, our lead project managers schedule the work details, engaging all trades. This may mean creating custom CAD designs for your project, hiring contractors for plumbing or electrical work, or ordering materials to improve your home.
When do we get to building? Only after the plans are well-made! By the time we start swinging hammers, we know exactly how and what to do, as well as when to use it. Our construction team will build your project quickly and professionally, ensuring a clean and tidy work environment and on-time performance!
Our final step is a customer satisfaction check. It doesn’t matter what our team thinks of your project—what is important is that you are satisfied with it.
